What we collect

When you use our quote form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of coverage you are shopping for, who it is for, your timing, your current coverage, your top priority, your age band, and your household size and dependent count. We also record which page you came from and basic campaign information so we can measure which outreach works. We never ask for your Social Security number, payment details, medical diagnoses, or exact date of birth.

Why we collect it

We are a lead generation service. We collect quote requests so we can connect you with licensed insurance professionals who can discuss health and dental options with you. Without your contact details and a few qualifying answers, there is nothing useful to connect.

Who we share it with

We share your quote request with licensed insurance partners in the Health Quote HQ pilot buyer network, the partners named in the consent disclosure you agree to on the form. We share it so they can contact you about insurance options, which is the service you asked for. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, data brokers, or marketers outside this purpose.

Consent records

When you check the consent box and submit, we store a record of the exact disclosure language you saw, the version of that language, the names of the partners it covered, and the time you submitted. We keep this record as evidence of your consent and to resolve any questions about how your information was shared.

How to stop contact

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can revoke it at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by contacting us and asking to be removed. We will honor removal requests promptly.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us through the quote form's contact details with the subject "Privacy request." We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages lead to quote requests. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
